Cripps receives recognition as ‘Best Company to Work For’
Cripps Harries Hall LLP, the leading south east law firm, has been recognised as one of the UK’s top employers in ‘The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies To Work For 2010’ list, published on 7 March 2010.
Cripps were one of only seven law firms to be listed – beating many of the country’s largest and best known firms onto the list. Competition this year was even stronger than in previous years with over 950 companies taking part, a 37 percent increase from last year.
The award, now in its 10th year, is based on an in depth 66 question survey completed by employees measuring eight equally weighted workplace “factors” that have been identified from extensive research within the
