Cripps Pemberton Greenish is one of the country’s leading legal practices serving corporate, real estate and private clients. With offices in Kent and London, the firm offers a flexible team to deliver exceptional service to its clients. It builds, equips and continuously strengthens its teams, investing in the best talent and technology to deliver this service.
In 2016 Cripps moved into new headquarters in Tunbridge Wells, the first substantial office building to have been built in the town for more than 25 years. The move was prompted by the firm outgrowing its existing Tunbridge Wells offices, and followed a ten-year search for new premises in the town. On 1 December 2018, Cripps merged with London-based Pemberton Greenish, creating a firm with over 450 people including 64 partners.
Gavin Tyler, Managing Partner, said: “Kent has been home to Cripps, now Cripps Pemberton Greenish, since it was first founded in 1852 although we have grown substantially since then – most recently merging with a London practice. Being headquartered in Kent is a key part of our who we are, the clients we want to work with and our growth strategy.
As legal advisers we are excited to work with a great range of innovative, fast-growing and diverse businesses in the county. With great connections to London and mainland Europe, Kent offers all the benefits of a vibrant business community while also providing an excellent quality of life – an invaluable combination which attracts talented professionals seeking an inspiring place to live and work.”
