GRE Assets launch new phase of homes At Riverside Park, Ashford

The latest phase of homes at Riverside Park are set to launch at an exclusive launch event this weekend.

Leading property developer, GRE Assets, has launched a new phase of sales at its landmark Riverside Park development in Ashford which overlooks the Great Stour River and Victoria Park.

Following the successful completion of phase one and two, with a total of over 150 homes completed, sales are now open for a brand-new set of high spec, riverside townhouses and apartments in one of the South East’s most sought after locations.

Six stunning and spacious three bedroom townhouses are set over three floors and encompass 2,185 sq. ft. of living space as well as a double car port on the ground level. Prices start from £540,000.

The 19 one and two bedroom apartments in Bayley Place start from £190,000, and with Help to Buy available, make for a perfect first-time buyer option for those looking to get on the property ladder.

A launch will be held on Saturday 25th June from 10am to 5pm, which will be the opportunity to experience the homes first hand.

The development is currently at 80% occupancy and Riverside Park has proven extremely popular with local first-time buyers with properties selling fast.

A stone’s throw from Ashford’s high speed rail links, the development’s apartments and townhouses offer contemporary open plan living with balconies overlooking the Great Stour River and nearby Victoria Park.

The properties lend themselves to flexible working with space to work from home and super-fast Hyperoptic broadband, whilst being surrounded by green space and only a short walk from the town centre and Elwick Place piazza.

Riverside Park is perfectly placed near Ashford’s Commercial Quarter, close to the town centre leisure and retail hub, and the newly expanded Ashford Designer Outlet. The town is also a focal point for creative regeneration with Newtown Works, a £250m mixed-used development centred on TV and film studios, in the works.

With the Kent coast and Ashford’s famous ‘wine country’ just a short drive away, interest in the latest wave of sales from Riverside Park is certain to be high.

Michael El-Kassir, Managing Director of GRE Assets, said: “We are delighted to launch a new phase of homes at Riverside Park, and to continue our market offer in this sought-after location. The success of this development, even through the global pandemic, is a testament to the appeal of this location and the quality of homes on offer. Not only are the properties of the highest standards, but there is also a thriving and growing community surrounding the development with unrivalled fast links to London and the rest of the county.

“We look forward to welcoming people to our new launch day, so they can see what Riverside Park can offer them.”

Kristy Stephanou, Land & New Homes Manager at Miles & Barr: “To bring Riverside Park’s latest phase of homes to market comes at a very exciting time for us as we launch our Ashford office on 2 July 2022. Ashford’s housing market has great appeal for first-time buyers, families and those looking to downsize, and the latest phase of properties at Riverside Park offers these buyers high-quality design in a central location. We anticipate that the homes will be extremely popular, so it is best to register interest early so not to miss out on your dream property.”
