Thomson Snell & Passmore announces 11% increase in fee income for 2021/22

Law firm Thomson Snell & Passmore has announced an 11% increase in fee income from the previous year, demonstrating consistent growth. The firm has reported fee income of £27.7m for the financial year that ended on 5 June 2022.

These results mark the ninth consecutive year of growth for the firm, in line with its ambitious growth plans. A key part of these plans is the recruitment and retention of talent across the firm, which has this year grown to 265 people.

Commenting on the results, Sarah Henwood, CEO at Thomson Snell & Passmore says:

“Our continued growth is testament to the quality of work we deliver, the relationships we build with clients and the expertise of each and every member of the firm. However, these financial results are only half the story.

“As a firm we continue to have ambitious organic growth plans, and we recognise that these are only achievable due to the exceptional people at the firm and the supportive culture we work hard to cultivate.

“We remain committed to continuing to deliver excellent service to our clients; to fostering an inspiring and collaborative culture; and to supporting our local communities.”
